In accordance with the Schengen Visa Code, individuals wishing to enter the Republic of Poland must adhere to the visa requirements outlined below:

Complete the Polish visa application form digitally, print it, and affix your signature at the end.

Provide two identical passport-sized photos taken recently, featuring a well-lit background. Please refer to the photograph requirements and specifications.

Present a valid passport with a minimum of two blank pages for visa placement. Ensure that your passport remains valid for at least three months beyond your intended departure from the Schengen territory. Additionally, your passport should not be older than ten years.

Include copies of any previous visas, if applicable.

Obtain Poland Travel Health Insurance, demonstrating coverage of at least €30,000 for medical emergencies and repatriation in the event of death. This insurance should cover your entire stay in Poland and the Schengen area.

Provide evidence of a round-trip flight itinerary, specifying flight details, dates, and your personal information, to confirm your entry and exit from Poland.

Furnish proof of accommodation arrangements, such as a hotel reservation, to indicate where you will be staying in Poland.

Demonstrate adequate financial means for the duration of your stay in Poland. The Polish embassy/consulate requires proof of a minimum of 300 PLN or 67.76€ for every three days of stay, along with an additional 100 PLN or 22.59€ for each day beyond a three-day trip. If your accommodation expenses are covered by a third party or arranged prior to travel, the daily requirement decreases to 20 PLN or 4.52€.

Include a cover letter, a personal statement detailing the purpose of your visit to Poland, your intended length of stay, departure plans, and any other relevant details.

Submit proof of your civil status, which may include a marriage certificate, children's birth certificates, a spouse's death certificate, and so on.
