Additional Estonian Visa Requirements for Minors Children who are applying for a short-stay visa to Estonia, or parents who are applying for a visa on behalf of their minor child, must fulfil the following additional requirements for Estonian visas: 1. Provide the birth certificate of the minor who will be traveling to Estonia. 2. Complete the Estonian visa application form, which must be signed by both parents. 3. In cases where only one parent has full custody of the child, provide a family court order to support this. 4. Submit certified copies of the ID or passport of both parents. 5.
