Additional Estonian Visa Requirements for Minors
Children who are applying for a short-stay visa to Estonia, or parents who are applying for a visa on behalf of their minor child, must fulfil the following additional requirements for Estonian visas:
1. Provide the birth certificate of the minor who will be traveling to Estonia.
2. Complete the Estonian visa application form, which must be signed by both parents.
3. In cases where only one parent has full custody of the child, provide a family court order to support this.
4. Submit certified copies of the ID or passport of both parents.
5. If the minor will be traveling with someone other than their parents:
- Provide both the original and a copy of the accompanying person's passport, which should include their personal information, expiry date, a recent photograph, and a valid visa copy.
- Present a notarized parental authorization for the minor's travel to Estonia, signed by both parents or legal guardians.
Please note that children applying for Estonian visas at the Estonian embassy or consulate in their home country should be accompanied by their guardian or parent.
